摘要
喷射混凝土支护对隧道围岩稳定有着不可替代的作用。根据新建贵广高速铁路多条隧道开挖支护湿喷混凝土的施工现状及经验,介绍了隧道初支过程中所用机制砂配制C25喷射混凝土的配合比设计选定、调整及现场试喷验证过程,提出了湿喷机制砂混凝土在原材料的选用、配合比的选定、施工应用及施工要点中应注意的事项,并对应用效果给予了总结。
Shotcrete support is irreplaceable for the stability of tunnel surrounding rocks. Based on the working condition and experiences acquired from tunnel shotcrete support in the newly-built Guiyang-Guangzhou railway project, the design alternatives and adjustment for c25 shotcrete mixing proportion with machine-made sand and its in-situ test for tunnel ini- tial supporting procession are described in the paper. It points out the knowhow of choosing raw materials, determining mixing proportion, and vital points in application and construction and finally the application effects are also summa- rized.
