摘要
冠冠状动脉心肌桥的临床意义治疗。方法：回顾性分析在接受选择性冠状动脉造影９４３例病人中共检出心肌桥１０例。结果：弧立性心肌桥４例，２例手术，１例入支架，１例药物治疗。
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance and treatment of coronary myocardial bridges.Method:There are 10 patients with myocardial bridges in 943 patients who underwent selective coronary angiography.Results:Among these patients,there are 4 patients with isolated myocardial bridges:2 patients underwnet operating,1 patient underwent coronary stenting and medicine treatment was appealed in 1 patient.1 patient with complicated coronary heart disease underwent coronary artery bypass grafting and medicine treatment was performed in 5 patients with complicated cardiomyopathy.Conclusion:patients with symptomatic isolated myocardial bridge should be actively treated.If medicine treatment hasn't any effect,they should undergo operation overlying myocardium and coronary artery bypass grafting simultaneously.
