术中超声定位在颅脑手术中的应用

INTRAOPERATIVE ULTRASOUND USED IN NEUROSURGICAL PROCEDURE

探讨术中超声在颅脑手术中的应用价值。方法：术中对一些位于脑重要功能区，脑表面无明显间接征象的深部小病变应用超声定位检查。结果：本组术中超声定位检查３２例，超声显示深部病变的大小、部位、性质与术前ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ相吻合，根据超声提示都能精确探及病变。

Objective:To provide a description of accuracy and security of intraoperative ultrasound used in neurosurgical procedure,especially during operating on small lesions in critical and/or important areas.Method:Retrospective analysis of 32 cases which selected to use intraoperative ultrasound.Inclusion criteria were as follows:(1)lesions were small and deep that could not be easily found.(2)lesions were located in critical and/or important areas.The ultrasonic exams were done on the surface of arachnoid.Result:In all 32 selected cases intraoperative ultrasound showed distinct deepth,size and shape of each lesion.We found and resect the lesions easily while following intraoperative ultrasound's guidance.One case had postoperative intracranial infection which was suspected to have something to do with intraoperative ultrasonic procedure.Conclusion:Intraoperative ultrasound used in neurosurgical procedure was proved to be helpful for intraoperative localization of small intracerebral lesions and border definition of large lesions.It is simple,secure and accurate.
