摘要
通过对广西集体林权制度改革进行调研,全面了解广西坚持走有特色的林改之路的主要做法和取得的成效,分析当前林改工作中仍存在的问题,提出进一步完善林改工作的对策和建议。
Through the investigation of collective forest right property reform in Guangxi, the main practices and effectiveness of reform of collective forest property right in Guangxi were elaborated. Then, the problems of col- lective forest property right reform were analyzed, and countermeasures and proposals on improvement of collec- tive forest property right reform were put forward.
