强心通脉饮治疗舒张性心力衰竭的临床研究

Therapeutic effects of Qiangxin Tongmai drink on diastolic heart failure

目的 观察强心通脉饮治疗舒张性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 治疗组 78例采用强心通脉饮并口服卡托普利 ;对照组单纯口服卡托普利。观察治疗前后的临床症状、心电图及超声心动图提示的舒张功能指标变化。结果 治疗组有效率为 93.9% ,对照组有效率为 61 .7% ,经χ2 检验 2组有极显著差异 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ;2组病人的舒张功能指标 ,治疗前后经 t检验也均有极显著差异 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论 强心通脉饮加服卡托普利比单纯应用卡托普利治疗舒张性心力衰竭效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Qiangxin Tongmai drink on diastolic heart failure Methods One hundred and thirtyeight patients with diastolic heart failure ,were randomly allocated to receiving orally captopril 12 5mg three times a day (contol group,n=60),or combination of Qiangxin Tongmai drink 50ml and captopril 12 5mg three times a day(treatment group,n=78) respectively, with the therapeutic course of 30 days in both groups Clinical symptoms were observed and left ventricular diastolic functional parameters were measured with ECG and ultrasound cardiogram following the administrations Results The effective rate of treatment group (93 9%) increased markedly compared with that of control group (61 7%,P<0 01) After the two therapeutic courses, the peak early diastolic outflow velocity of left ventricular tract (E) and E/A ratio increased significantly and peak late diastolic outflow velocity of left ventricular tract(A) decreased obviously in treatment group(P<0 01), but remained unchanged in control group(P>0 05); E and E/A ratio were higher and A was lower greatly in treatment group than those in control group (P<0 01) Conclusions Qiangxin Tongmai drink,combined with a low dose of captopril can produce more therapeutic effect on diastolic heart failure
