摘要
在对铰链卷圆件冲孔、弯曲、卷圆、切断等成形工艺分析的基础上,提出了该零件采用多工位级进模的冲压方案,并介绍了该零件的排样、模具结构及设计要点;实践证明:该模具结构灵活、可靠,并能保证产品质量,对此类零件的模具设计有重要的参考价值。
Based on analyzing forming technologies of the punching, bending, curling and cut-off etc. is raised a stamping scheme of the multi-position progressive die for this part and is introduced the layout, the die structure and the designed main points. The practice is proved that this die structure is a nimble and a reliable and the product quality can be guaranteed. It had an important reference valve to die design for a kind of parts.
