摘要
由于目前水资源日趋紧张,循环水补水占发电厂用水的80%左右,节约循环水,减少排污对发电厂具有重要的经济利益。本文对循环水极化处理装置的工作原理进行了论述,并对该装置在电厂中实际应用的相关数据进行了技术和经济分析,指出循环水极化水处理装置完全可以满足火电厂循环水处理的要求,可以保证循环水系统在高浓缩倍数下安全、稳定、经济运行。
As the water resources are increasingly limited, considering that the circulating water make-up Water accounts for about 80% of the water consumption of power plant, it is of great economic significance for power plant to conserve circulating water and reduce blowdown. This paper discusses the operating principle of circulating water polarization treatment device and analyzes related data of its application in power plant, indicating that such device can satisfy the requirements of circulating water treatment and ensure the safe, stable and economic operation of circulating water system under high cycle of concentration.
