更年安治疗高血压病阴虚阳亢型疗效观察

Theraputic effect of Gengnianan Tablet on the hypertention with the characteristics of Yang hyperactivity Yin deficiency

目的 观察更年安治疗高血压病阴虚阳亢型疗效。方法 治疗组 30例口服更年安 ,每日 3次 ,每次 6片 ;对照组 1 8例应用知柏地黄丸 ,每日 3次 ,每次 8丸。观察 2组疗效。结果 总有效率治疗组 83.3% ,对照组 50 .0 % ,经χ2检验有显著差异 (χ2 =6.0 7,P <0 .0 5) ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 更年安治疗高血压病阴虚阳亢型疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Gengnianan Tablet on the hypertention with the characteristics of Yang hyperactivity Yin deficiency. Methods Fortyeight patients suffering from the hypertention with the characteristics of Yang hyperactivity Yin deficiency ,were randomly allocated to taking orally Gengnianan Tablet 6 tablets ,three times per day (treatment group,n=30) or Zhibo Dihuang Pill 8 pills,three times per day (control group,n=18) respectively in 4 weeks. Results The total efficiency rate (83.3%) in treatment group was much more higher than that( 50.0%) in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Gengnianan Tablet can produce the definitive therapeutic effect on the hypertention with the characteristics of Yang hyperactivity Yin deficiency.
