急性呼吸窘迫综合征的肺保护性通气策略 被引量:10

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是指严重感染、休克及创伤等所诱发的肺毛细血管内皮细胞和肺泡上皮细胞损伤,造成弥漫性肺间质及肺泡水肿,从而导致的急性低氧性呼吸功能不全或衰竭。其以肺容积减少、顺应性降低及严重的通气/血流比例失调为病理生理特征。
