农村教育硕士培养应借鉴陶行知师范教育思想

我国设置农村教育硕士的目的,在于适应农村教育实际培养合格的农村教师,但在培养过程中也出现了培养方式缺乏自身特色和农村教育硕士能否始终为农村服务等问题。我国著名教育家陶行知在乡村教育特别是乡村师范教育方面积累了丰富经验,他的师范教育思想对当前我国农村教育硕士的培养具有重要的启发意义,如应实现签约学校与高校之间的互动、加强农村教育硕士的终身教育和重视培养农村教育硕士的职业道德等。

The purpose of the master of education in rural areas lies in the adaptation of rural realities and the cultivation of qualified rural teachers,while there are also some problems existing,such as the lack of distinct features and the duration of service time.Tao Xingzhi,as one of the famous educators in China,accumulating rich experiences and forming deep recognition in rural education especially in rural teacher education.Even today,his thoughts of rural teacher education will still have an important enlightening effect on the cultivation of master of education in rural areas in China deserving to explore and analyze,such as achieving the interaction between school and university,strengthening the lifelong education and emphasizing the professional ethics.
