中共“二大”“自由联邦制”思想探析

The Research on the Libertarian Federalism in the Second Congress of Communist Party of China

中国共产党在"二大"上明确提出了关于国家结构形式的设想——"自由联邦制"。这一思想具有其特定的内涵和规定性;中共"二大"提出这一思想有着内在的思想渊源,并且受到了共产国际的强烈影响及其本身基于当时国内政治经济状况的现实考量;它的提出既标示着中共政治上的一大进步,也表明中共在当时历史条件下的认识局限。

The thought about the form of state structure——＂ libertarian federalism＂ was put forward clearly in the Second National Congress of Communist Party of China,which had specific connotation and regulation.With inherent ideological origin,it was strongly influenced by the Communist International and based on the domestic political and economic situation of reality.The proposition of this thought not only implied a great political progress of Communist Party of China,also indicated the cognitional limitation of Communist Party of China in the historical conditions.
