摘要
随着校企合作和职业教学改革的深入,高职院校的企业兼职教师队伍不断壮大,然而目前大部分高职院校在兼职教师队伍建设方面依然存在着一些共性的问题。因此,必须科学构建兼职教师有效管理的框架:依托合作基地,打造管理平台;搭建沟通桥梁,促进专兼融合;落实绩效考核,保障运行质量;营造组织文化,增强管理效能。对兼职教师的考核是其中的重点和难点,借鉴西方企业盛行的"360度考核法",并阐述了如何健全兼职教师的考核机制。加强兼职教师队伍建设意义深远,直接影响高职教育人才培养目标的实现。
With the deepening of cooperation between schools and enterprises and vocational teaching reform, part-time teachers from enterprises have increased in vocational colleges. However, most vocational colleges still have some common problems in the team foundation of part-time teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to build a framework of effective management of part-time teachers: Rely on cooperation base to build management platform; Build the bridge to promote the intergration of part-time teachers and full-time teachers; Implement performance assessment to guarantee quality of operation; Create cultures to enhance management efficiency. Among them, the assessment is the key and difficult point. Refering to "360~Feedback" which is popular with western enterprises, the author expounds how to strengthen evaluation mechanisms of part-time teachers.
