"学生技能创新工作坊"作为一种新型的人才培养模式,是针对高职院校学生的特点提出的增强学生学习兴趣,提高专业技能水平,提升大学生综合素质的相对有效的手段。从工作坊提出的背景出发,结合学生的实践,从工作坊的概念、背景、教学优势、工作流程以及获得的阶段性成果等方面来探讨这种新型模式在高校教学中的应用,具有一定的理论和实践意义。

＂Student Skills Innovation Workshop＂, as a new type of personnel training mode based on the characteristics of students in vocational colleges,is a relatively effective way to boost students＇ interest, raise the level of professional skills, and enhance the overall quality of students. This paper based on the workshop background and combined with the practice of Haitian College students,tries to explore this new model from the concept of the workshop, background, teaching advantages, workflow, and the initial results obtained in Higher Education.So this paper could provide a certain theoretical and practical significance.
