During the Spring Festival in 2012, the Cultural Ministry of China, along with China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education, State Administration of Radio, Film and TV and the State Council Office for Overseas Chinese Affairs,launched the ＂Happy ChineseNew Year＂ series in 144 cities in 82 countries and territories around the world. People from different nations and with different colors celebrated the Spring Festival together with Chinese people.
