摘要
电伴热系统具有自动化程度高、适应性强、施工简便、使用期限长等优点,对需要防冻、防凝、升温的海上油气生产设施的各种工艺管线及装置极为适用。本文作者在参加了BZ28—1油田工程电伴热系统设计与施工的基础上,结合工程实际,在文中探讨了电伴热元件的选型、伴热温度的控制、预热时间和保温层经济厚度的确定等一系列问题,对今后设计电伴热系统具有一定的参考价值。
It is peculiarly suitable for a variety of process pipelines and systems which must avoid freezing, condensing and temperature-increasing that an electric heat pipe has high automation, great adaptability, and easy installation and long service life. Author participating in the design and installation of the electric heat tracing pipeline for BZ28-1 oilfield engineering probes into the following aspects: type selection of electric heat tracing elements, control of heat tracing temperature, preheat time and determination of economic thickness of insulating layer, uniting his own practice of the design and installation of the electric heat tracing pipeline for BZ28-1 oilfield with actual situation of
the engineering project. The contents described in the paper are valuable for the design of other electric heat tracing systems in future.
