陕西城乡公共服务均衡发展问题研究

A Research on Equalization of Urban and Rural Public Service in Shaanxi

随着经济的快速发展,城乡基本公共服务间的差距有日渐拉大的趋势。因此,如何缩小差距,实现城乡公共服务均衡发展成为一个值得关注的问题。文章立足于陕西,利用数据包络分析法(DEA),通过将陕西与全国其他省市和陕西内部地区进行公共服务投入产出效率比较的方法,分析了陕西城乡公共服务的现状,并找出其中存在的问题。

With the rapid development of economy, the gap between urban and rural basic public services has distensible tendency. Therefore, how to narrow the gap to achieve a balanced development of urban and rural public services has been become an issue that deserves attention. In this paper, the author analy zes the public service efficiency between nationalwide and Shaanxi, and in different districts in Shaanxi through the method of Data Envelopment Analysis （ DEA ）. Finally we got a thorough analysis of public service in urban and rural areas of Shaanxi and found out the possible problems.
