有关防爆电气设备防冷凝问题的探讨

摘要 防爆电气设备在设计中应留有可释放爆炸压力的间隙。在海洋露天环境中,这些释放间隙会在防爆设备内部产生冷凝效应,腐蚀电气零件及防爆电气设备的壳体,使防爆接触面失去防爆性能,这是很危险的。本文着重讨论在露天甲板上防爆电气设备的合理使用以及有关注意事项。 Release space is designed in the antidetonative electrical product whose function is to release the explosive pressure. Release space can produce condensation effect within the antidetonative equipment in the marine weather conditions so as to corrode the electrical parts and shell of the antidetonative products and to disfunction the antidetonation of the antidetonative contact sides. That will bring about a great danger. This article emphasises on the reasonable use of the antidetonative electrical equipment on weather deck and some relative problems to be cautioned.
