外来民工子女心理问题及教育对策

Psychological Problems of Migrant Workers' Children and Educational Countermeasures

外来民工子女是一群敏感而又易受伤害的孩子,受家庭和社会环境的影响,很多孩子产生了自卑、孤僻、放纵、偏激等一系列心理问题。教师应抛却偏见,尊重关爱外来民工子女,通过培养自信心、规范行为习惯、开设心理健康课、开展心理咨询、建立家长学校等方法来矫正他们的不健康心理。

Migrant workers＇ children are sensitive and easily got hurt.Because of family and society circumstances,many of them suffer from a series of psychological troubles such as self-humiliation,unsociability,indulgence,going to extremes.Teachers should eliminate prejudice,respect those children.Their unhealthy psychology must be corrected by means of cultivating their self-confidence,regularizing their behaviors,opening psychological health class,conducting mental consultancy,establishing parent-school.
