摘要
目的探讨胸腔镜下手术治疗自发性气胸的优势。方法回顾性分析2008年10月～2011年10月86例自发性气胸患者的胸腔镜手术治疗的临床资料。结果 86例患者无围手术期死亡病例,术后2～5 d拔除胸腔引流管,术后肺全部复张,切口均Ⅰ期愈合,均治愈出院,近期随访无气胸复发病例。结论胸腔镜手术较传统开胸手术切口小,术中出血少,术后胸腔引流管留置时间短,疼痛轻,恢复快,住院时间短,疗效满意,是首选的自发性气胸外科治疗方法。
Objective To explore the advantage and therapeutic effect of thoracoscopic operation in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax case. Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 86 spontaneous pneumothorax treated with thoracoscopic operation from 2008 October to 2011 October. Results No perioperation death case happened in all 86 patients,the chest drainage tube was removed 2-5d after operation,all the patient got well with incision healed in one stage,no pneumothorax recurrent cases occurred in short-term follow-up. Conclusion Comparing with the traditional open chest operation,thoracoscopic operation had its advantage in smaller incision,shorter draining time,less bleeding,less postoperative pain,quicker recovery,shorter hospitalization time and definite curative effect.Thoracoscopic operation is a good method of surgical treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.
