健康体检中血清EB病毒抗原检测对鼻咽癌诊断的意义

SIGNIFICANCE OF CHECKING HEALTHY PEOPLE'S SERUM EB VIRUS ANTIGEN IN NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA DIAGNOSIS

目的探讨在健康体检者中检测血清EB病毒抗原对鼻咽癌诊断的临床意义。方法分析近两年于我院检测血清EB病毒抗原的1 200例健康体检者的检查结果,以20岁为组距将受检者分为5个组,采用ELISA法检测体检者的EB-VCA-IgA和EA-IgA。结果 1 200例血清的EA-IgA及EB-VCA-IgA的检测阳性率无显著性差异,p=0.086;健康受检者的血清EA-IgA及EB-VCA-IgA的检测阳性率均随年龄增大而增加,年龄≥40岁组受检者的EB-VCA-IgA、EA-IgA浓度均显著高于年龄<40岁组,p<0.05。结论血清EB病毒抗原检测对年龄≥40岁的健康体检者的鼻咽癌诊断具有重要临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of checking healthy people＇s serum EB virus antigen in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Analysis of 120 cases healthy physical examination serum EB virus antigen in recent two years.Taking 20 years as the group distance subdivided the subjects into five groups and detected by ELISA examination of EB-VCA-IgA and EA-IgA. Results 120 cases of serum EA-IgA and EB-VCA-IgA positive detection rate has no significant difference,p=0.086;healthy subjects serum EA-IgA and EB-VCA-IgA positive detection rate increases with age,age≥40 years group of subjects in EB-VCA-IgA,EA-IgA concentrations were significantly higher than that of age 40 years group,p0.05. Conclusion Detection of serum EB virus antigen in healthy individuals＇ nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosis has clinical significance.
