摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定半夏糖浆中甘草酸和橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Hypersil BDS C18柱为固定相,橙皮苷以甲醇-水(32∶68)为流动相,流速1 ml/min,检测波长284 nm,柱温为室温;甘草酸以甲醇-0.2 mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1),流速1 ml/min,检测波长250 nm,柱温为室温。结果橙皮苷的量在0.204~1.530μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,RSD=0.68%。甘草酸的量在0.394 6~2.959 5μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系r=0.999 9,RSD=0.96%。结论所建立的方法能准确、快速地进行定量检测,可用于半夏糖浆的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of hesperidin and glycyrrhizic in BanXia Syrup Solution. Methods HPLC method was selected to determine the content of hesperidin and glycyrrhizic.The chromatographic conditions included Hypersil BDS C18 column,hesperidin: methanol-water(33∶67) as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength at 284nm,flow rate 1.0ml/min and column temperature at 30 ℃;glycyrrhizic: methanol-0.2 mol/Lammonium acetate solution-glacial acetic acid(67∶33∶1) as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength at 250 nm,flow rate 1.0 ml/min and column temperature at 30 ℃. Results For hesperidin,the linear range was 0.204~1.530 μg,RSD=0.68%.For glycyrrhizic,the linear range was 0.394 6~2.959 5 μg,RSD=0.96%. Conclusion This method is accurate and quick,and can be used for the quality control of BanXia Syrup Solution.
