摘要
目的探讨重硅油作为眼内填充物治疗儿童复杂性视网膜脱离的护理特点。方法回顾性分析行玻璃体切割联合重硅油填充治疗的15例(15眼)复杂性视网膜脱离儿童(其视网膜脱离均在下方或后极部)的临床护理资料。结果 15例患儿出院一周复查视网膜全部复位,视力不同程度提高或不变。结论重硅油作为眼内填充物,可获满意疗效,提高患儿舒适度,有预见性的护理是提高手术成功率的前提。
Objective To investigate the nursing characteristics of the high-density silicone oil（HDSO） as a internal tamponade in children for complicated retinal detachment. Methods Retrospective analysis of 15 cases clinical data of curing complicated retinal detachment of children eyes（Retinal detachment was at the bottom or the posterior pole） by vitrectomy and stuff with high-density silicone oil.Review of the care process,analyze,summarize. Results 15 children were discharged from hospital.After 1 week follow-up the retina were replaced in all patients,and vision was improved in varying degree or no change. Conclusion HDSO,as a new internal retinal tamponade,may be giving us a satisfactory outcome and improving the comfort of children.Meanwhile,anticipatory nursing is the premise of improving the success rate.
