The Status-quo and Measures of Moral Belifs of New Generation Migrant Wworkers

处于社会转型时期的新生代农民工道德信仰必然会受到城市文明的更为深刻的冲击和震荡。由于他们的综合素养、社会阅历、对城市生活的期望等与现行的户籍制度、城市文化、和城市居民对他们的态度等产生了激烈的碰撞,导致了新生代农民工道德信仰的弱化和扭曲。社会应该从制度革新、组织关怀和文化建设等方面着手来化解他们的道德信仰与现实的矛盾冲突,以实现他们向社会主义道德信仰的渐近和归依。

In the period of social transition, the new generation migrant workers＂ moral belief must be impacted by city civilization. The violent conflicts between their comprehensive quality, social experience, expectations of the city life and the current household registration system, urban culture, and city residents＇attitude has resulted in migrant workers＇weakened and distorted moral belief. So it is suggested that the solution to the conflicts between their belif and reality should be settled socially from the aspects of system innovation, organization care and cultural construction as to realize their moral beliefs to the socialist asymptotic and refuge.
