摘要
为研究非直属附属医院临床教学质量的影响因素，采用德尔菲法对在非直属附属医院学习的学生、临床教师、医院教学管理人员和学校教学管理人员进行了调查分析，指出要提高临床教学质量，应着重于临床师资队伍建设、教学管理、学生教育和管理等方面的努力。
In order to study the influencing factors of clinical teaching quality, students studying in non-affiliated hospitals, clinical teachers, teaching management personnel in hospitals and university were investigated as study subjects with Delphi Method. Suggestions were put forward that non-affiliated hospitals should improve the construction of the teaching staff, emphasize the teaching management, and strengthen students＇ education and management for improving clinical teaching quality in non-affiliated hospitals.
