摘要
目的综合评价PBL在外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法就医学生书面理论测试成绩和临床技能考试成绩进行Meta分析。结果于外科临床实习阶段采用PBL,学生理论成绩有所提高,WMD=6.46,95%CI为2.56—10.36,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义;临床技能测试成绩有所提高,WMD=5.32,95%CI为2.47~8.16,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论外科临床实习阶段采用PBL教学,有利于提高医学生的理论知识和临床技能。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of PBL teaching model for medical students in surgery bed side teaching. Methods The method of rectaanalysis. Results Finally, twentysix doc uments met the requirement. The results of Metaanalysis showed that, in the aspect of theory improvement for medical students, WMD=6.46,95 % CI 2.56 10.36,P〈0.01 ; in the aspect of skill ability improve ment, WMD=5.32,95 % CI % 2.47 8.16,P 〈0.01. Conclusion The model of PBL teaching could sig nificantly improve the effectiveness in theoretical knowledge and skill ability.
