摘要
循证医学的核心理念是“遵循证据”的思想,其本质是一种临床医疗模式,是指导临床工作实践的思想,目前已成为一个专有名词。“循证医学”后面冠之以“教学法”,两者在概念层面缺乏逻辑上的内在联系。科学意义上的教学法有其自身特点和要求,如果要命名某种教学法,就要在教学法层面上界定其特有的内涵,规定具体的程序和步骤,形成一套科学完整的教学方法。
This paper argues that the core idea of evidencebased medicine is to "follow the evi dence", whose essence is a model of clinical medical service, and a guiding ideology for the clinical prac tice. It has become a proper noun nowadays. The wording "evidencebased medicine teaching method" needs discussion, because "evidencebased medicine" and "teaching method" are lack of logical internal relations in concept. The teaching method of scientific sense has its own characteristics and requirements. To name a teaching method, it is necessary to define its peculiar connotation in teaching method, with specific procedures and steps to form a complete set of scientific method of teaching.
