摘要
针对Pt100电阻和温度的非线性关系在温度测量任务中存在的问题,在Labview平台上,假设其在一定温度范围内近似为线性关系,对温度进行循环采集,实现温度实时显示、越限报警及数据分析,并将测量结果与LM35集成温度传感器测量结果相比较,结果表明:Pt100电阻和温度的关系在一定温度范围内可近似为线性关系,且在温度精度要求不高的前提下,可以利用其线性进行温度测量。
In the light of the problem in the really task of the nonlinear relationship between the resistance and temperature of the Ptl00, in the Labview platform, supposing the relation of which is approximately linear in a certain temperature range, the temperature is collected circularly, real -time displayed and alarmed, and the data is analyzed and compared with that of LM35. The results show that the relation of the resistance and temperature of Ptl00 is linear approximately in a certain range, and on the premise that the precision is not highly required, Ptl00 may be used to measure temperature with the hypothesis of the linear relationship.
