将企业体育文化引入高职校园体育文化,能让学生学习体育技能的目的更加明确,并能从多方面加强学生对将要从事的工作的适应能力。从人才培养角度出发,分析企业体育文化和高职校园体育文化的功用,并提出把企业体育文化融入高职校园体育文化的有效途径。

Transferring Physical Education （PE） culture from enterprises to higher vocational colleges will enable the students to be more explicit about the purpose of learning PE skills and reinforce their adaptability to the future career from various aspects. From the perspective of talent cultivation, this paper analyzes the function of PE culture and suggests some effective ways to transfer PE culture from enterprises to higher vocational colleges.
