摘要
力矩限制器广泛应用于汽车起重机、轮胎起重机、铁路轨道起重机、履带起重机、塔式起重机、门座起重机和高空作业车等机械设备,本文介绍了针对随车吊的汽车起重力矩限制器的研制,是基于S o C的基本技术手段,提出了相关的数学模型,通过其实现对传感器信号的A D变换、数据处理、运算、根据相关信息进行智能判断和控制,以实现对汽车起重机械的保护。经实际检验,系统工作可靠,调试简单、快速,测量准确、可靠的特点,可广泛应用于工业、农业、交通、物流、电力、水利、环保等行业的相关设备的力矩控制。
Torque limiter is widely used in mechanical equipment in which have automobiles cranes,tyre crane,railway tracks cranes, crawler crane and tower crane,door crane and aloft working vehicles and so on. This paper introduce the research of lorry loading crane forque limiter base on the SoC, devises a mathematical model, through its implementation of sensor signal AD transform, data processing, operation, according to the relevant information for the intelligent judgment and conlrol, in order to achieve auto crane protection It can be widely used in industry, agriculture, transportation, logistics, electric power, water conservancy and environmental protection industry related equipment torque control.
