摘要
根据单摆的工作特性,设计了基于Freescale MCU和多传感器的自由摆平板控制系统。整个系统主要由摆架框架、数据采集模块、主控系统、驱动模块四大部分组成。数据采集模块使用高精度、低量程的角度传感器;主控板以的飞思卡尔内核处理器为控制核心,采用直流电机作为执行单元。系统的软硬件设计都采用了模块化的设计思想。该系统能实现装在自由摆上的平板的旋转运动以及不同的摆幅和不同配重条件下的控制平板平衡功能。通过对系统进行性能测试,测试结果表明,系统性能良好。
According to the characteristic of simple pendulum, design a flat control system based on Freescale MCU and multisensor. The whole system mainly consists of four parts, the pendulum framethe, data acquisition module, master control system, driver module major. The data acquisition module uses the high accuracy, low range of Angle sensor; Freescale core processor is control center, the dc motor as execution unit. The design of the software and hardware of the system adopts modular design thought. The system can realize the flat balance function in the case of different swing and suggested analogical ratio. Through the system performance test, test results show that the system has good performance.
