摘要
基于LabVIEW平台,开发了钢丝绳LMA型损伤检测虚拟仪器,设计了数据采集、储存、波形回放、信号处理分析、数据库管理等子系统。以软件函数编程的方式实现了钢丝绳L M A型损伤的智能化和软件化的检测,极大地方便了工程中对钢丝绳L M A型损伤的故障诊断。
Basing on LabVIEW platform, a injury detection virtual instrument is developed for the steel wire rope of type LMA. and designed data acquisition, storage, waveform playback, signal processing and analysis, database management system This realizes the detection technology of intelligent and software to the wire rope type LMA injury by software function programming, greatly facilitating the engineering of steel wire rope for type LMA injury of fault diagnosis.
