摘要
针对泡沫玻璃生产线窑炉温度控制的工艺要求,设计并应用了P L C温度控制系统、P I D控制算法。现场应用表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,设计先进,界面友好,控制精度高,具有较高的实用价值,从而保证了产品的质量,降低了能耗,提高了企业竞争力。
This paper introduce the temperature control system design for foam glass manufacturing with PLC controller and PID algorithm is used as the temperature control method. The result of application shows that the temperature control system has the advantages of stability, well designed and friendly interface. With the high accuracy of temperature control, it has a good help to keep the products quality and reduce the energy consumption. It also improved the competitiveness of enterprises and would be valuable in oractice.
