摘要
以莱钢辊底式热处理炉为研究对象,全面分析其传热特点,实现了炉内钢坯位置实时跟踪、钢坯温度动态计算、最佳炉温的优化设定等功能。
The paper took heat treating furnace of radiant tube roller-hearth mode of Laiwu Steel Group, analyzed its heat-transfer characteristics completely. The control system of on-line opetimization for the real-time movement tracking of billet in furnace, dynamic temperature calculating of billet, optimization and setting of optimum temperature.
