摘要
钣金类零件是通过压力成形技术制造的一种广泛使用的零件,现今钣金件采用数字化的制造手段日益广泛.首先提出了钣金件数字化集成制造的流程体系,阐述了钣金件的展开、板材的排样和激光切割、数控转塔冲压程序编制等技术,最后通过实例验证了方法的可行性.
Sheet metal parts are widely formed by pressure forming, which makes the use of digital manufacturing tools become increasingly widespread. In this paper, the integration of digital sheet metal manufacturing process system firstly proposed. Then, the technology on unfolding, nesting, laser cutting and CNC turret punch programming of sheet metal parts are introduced. At last, the correctness and validity of the method is certified by experiments.
