摘要
利用Pro/E软件建立全地形车车架3D模型,再导入有限元分析软件WorkBench中,对车架结构按照实际载荷与约束情况进行应力、变形及模态分析,验证了该结构设计的合理性,全地形车车架的优化设计和进一步研究提供了理论设计依据.
The 3D modeling of ATV frame is built up with the software Pro/E,then export to the software WorkBench.which is used for structure FEA.According to the load and restraint requirement,we analyzed the stress and the deformation of the frame,and use modal analysis to determine the vibration characteristics.So we verify the rationality of the frame.Some principles are put forward contributing to the preliminary design modification of the ATV frame.
