摘要 为克服传统的车间布局规划方法的不足,提出一种新的基于数字化工厂理论的布局规划方法。重点介绍该布局规划方法的流程和关键技术。该布局规划方法采用可视化仿真建模技术,开发的仿真平台具备良好的交互功能,为布局方案的评估和优化提供便利。通过某制造工厂的实际案例,介绍该布局规划方法的实施过程和效果。 To overcome the shortcomings of traditional workshop layout planning method, a new layout planning method based on digital factory was put forward which flow and key skills were mainly introduced. In the method, visual simulation modeling skill was adopted, the developed simulation platform possessed good interactive function by which convenience was provided for assessment and optimization of layout scheme. Through a practical case in a manufacture factory, the application process and effect of this layout plan- ning method were introduced.
