摘要
主要研究基于CAD/CAM技术的鼠标三维造型以及在数控铣床上的加工。通过Pro/E软件建立鼠标实体三维模型,利用MasterCAM软件的后置处理功能生成其数控程序,并传输到数控机床,最后加工出实体。通过该例体现了CAD/CAM技术在产品设计方面的优势。
The 3D modeling and milling machining of mouse based on CAD/CAM technology were studied. The mouse's three-dimensional entity model was built by Pro/E. Postprocessing function of MasterCAM software was used to generate the NC program. Then the program was transfered to NC machine tool and the entity was produced. Through this example, the advantages of CAD/CAM technolo~ in product design are embodied.
