基于VB的地毯打样机数控系统的设计

Design of the NC System of Carpet Proofer Based on VB

运用Visual Basic 6.0强大的图片处理功能和可视化的用户界面设计功能,设计了一个地毯打样机数控系统界面。该界面操作简单、使用方便,实现了地毯打样图片的读取,像素点数的计算以及各像素点颜色的读取、储存和修改。同时,通过设定系统的相关参数(如打样机插板板号、打样速度等),实现对电气部分的监控,进而达到对机械结构部分的控制,完成地毯样本的打样。在大规模生产之前,能节省大量的时间和金钱,具有一定的实用价值与商业价值。

Using the functions of powerful image processing and visualization of user interface designing of Visual Basic 6. 0, a NC system interface of carpet proofer was developed. The interface was simple to operate and easy to realize loading of the proofing pictures, calculation of pixels number and capturing, save and modification of the color of each pixel. Meanwhile, through setting related parameters （ such as the proofer board number, proofing speed and etc. ）, the monitoring to the electrical part on NC system interface was realized, thus control on the mechanical structure was achieved, and carpet proof was completed. Before mass production, it saves a lot of time and money, and has some use and commercial value.
