摘要
针对液压垂直负载系统快降时出现的振动现象,分析该系统的原理,利用AMESim仿真软件建立此液压系统的模型,并对其工作过程进行仿真分析,得出系统的振动与负载质量和系统流量的相干关系,找到系统振动的原因,并提出相应的改进措施。实践证明,提出的改进措施是有效的。
Aiming at the vibration when the hydraulic vertical load system went down quickly, a model of this system was estab- lished based on AMESim after analyzing the system principle. The working process of the system was simulated. The relationships of the vibration with load quality and system flow were gained, and the reason of the vibration was found. Relevant improving step was proposed for the system. Practice proves that the step is effective.
