摘要
根据从动轮所用第三代轮毂轴承单元的受力情况,针对法兰盘轮毂和内圈的接触模型,通过SolidWorks与AN-SYS Workbench进行协同仿真有限元分析,得出了法兰盘轮毂的强度和刚度,为进一步的优化设计奠定了基础。
According to the stress condition of the 3rd generation hub unit bearing used in nondriven wheel and the contact mod- el of hub flange and inner rings, the strength and rigidity of the hub flange were obtained through cosimulation and finite element anal- ysis based on SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench. The research results provide basis for further optimal design.
