液压集成块典型转弯孔道流场仿真分析 被引量:14

摘要 针对液压集成块中典型转弯孔道结构,应用前处理软件GAMBIT建立不同孔道结构模型,采用FLUENT软件提供的k-ε湍流模型对其孔道内流场进行数值仿真,并分析工艺孔容腔及偏心距对管道流场的影响。结果表明:在布局布孔条件允许的情况下,采用无工艺孔容腔正交直角转弯结构的连通方式,流体流经孔道的压力损失及能耗最低。 According to the structures of typical turning channel inside hydraulic manifold block, different pipeline structure models were established by using GAMBIT, and the flow fields of pipelines were simulated with turbulence model provided by FLU- ENT. The effects of craftwork hale and eccentric throw on pipeline flow field were analyzed. The conclusion is that the connected pattern of no craftwork hole orthogonal right angle turning structure is employed as far as possible when the layout is viable, the pressure loss and energy consumption are lowest.
