摘要
为了能够准确地实现车床主轴拖动电机的故障诊断,从车床主轴拖动电机的状态方程出发,利用SIMULINK构造了车床主轴拖动电机仿真模型,并对电机在电源短路、励磁电压突然变化等情况下的转速、转子电流进行了仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析。该仿真结果为车床主轴拖动电机的早期故障诊断提供重要依据。
In order to achieve accurate fault diagnosis for spindle drive motor, the SIMULINK simulation model of spindle drive motor was constructed based on the state equations of spindle drive motor. The curves of the speed and the rotor current were simulated under the conditions of power supply short-circuit, excitation voltage sudden changing. The simulation results were analyzed which provided important basis for early fault diagnosis of spindle drive motor.
