对苯二酚对厌氧颗粒污泥的抑制作用

摘要 目的为工业废水的厌氧处理提供依据。方法用厌氧颗粒污泥处理含不同浓度的对苯二酚废水,测量累计产甲烷量、污泥中辅酶F420和胞外多聚物的含量。结果低浓度对苯二酚(1.62g/L以下)对污泥活性、辅酶F420、胞外多聚物有一定的激活作用。较高浓度对苯二酚(0.32~1.62g/L)对污泥活性、辅酶F420、胞外多聚物有抑制作用;通过活性恢复试验,污泥活性部分恢复。高浓度对苯二酚(1.97 g/L以上)对污泥活性、辅酶F420、胞外多聚物有强烈的抑制作用,通过活性恢复试验,污泥活性难以恢复。结论对苯二酚对产甲烷菌的生物活性具有显著的抑制作用,为含对苯二酚的工业废水的厌氧处理提供理论依据。 Aim To provide evidence for the anaerobic industrial wastewater treatment. Memous lne cummauve methane production, contents of coenzyme F420 and extraeelluar polymers were determined in anaerobic granular sludge, by which the wastewater containing different concentrations of hydrochinone was treated. Results Low con- centration of hydrochinone has an activation effect on sludge activities, coenzyme F420 and extraeelluar polymers. Higher concentration of hydrochinone has an inhibitory effect on sludge activities, coenzyme F420 and extracelluar polymers. And sludge activities are partially recovered by the activity resuming tests. Higher concentration of hydrochinone has an significant inhibitory effect on sludge activities, coenzyme F420 and extracelluar polymers. And sludge activities could hardly be recovered by the activity resuming tests. Conclusion Hydroehinone has significant inhibitory effect on bioactivity of methanogens. The experiment conclusions can provide evidence for the anaerobic industrial wastewater treatment which contains hydrochinone treatment.
