Simulating the X-Ray Spectrum Under Radiotherapy,Diagnosis and Protection Fields with Geant4

摘要 目的获得放疗、诊断和防护线质下的X射线能谱。方法应用Geant4对于不同的过滤片和管电压组合进行了蒙特卡洛模拟,得到了相应条件下的X射线能谱。模拟时考虑了电子与靶碰撞发生的康普顿效应、光电效应、瑞利散射、轫致辐射和电离等物理过程。结果得到了放疗、诊断和防护线质下的X射线能谱与平均能量值。结论应用Geant4可以准确模拟放疗、诊断和防护线质下的X射线能谱。 Objective To get the X - ray spectrum under radiotherapy, diagnosis and protection fields. Methods The simulations were performed using different combinations of filters and tube Voltages with Geant4. All the relevant physical processes were included in the calculations: Compton scattering, photoelectric effect, Rayleigh scattering, bremsstrahlung and ionization. Results The X - ray spectrum and mean values of the spectrum under radiotherapy, diagnosis and protection fields. Conclusion The X - ray spectrum under radiation, diagnostic and protection fields can he aeuately simuhed with Geant4.
