摘要
为探讨环境镉暴露人群尿镉与肾脏损害之间的关系 ,观察 90名居住在含镉污水灌溉区 3 0年以上的居民尿镉、尿NAG、尿Cd -MT和尿肌酐的变化。结果显示 ,尿镉、尿NAG和尿Cd -MT分别为 5 17± 2 40 μg/ g cre、12 74± 2 14U/g cre和 6 42± 2 3 5 μg/ g cre ;尿镉、尿NAG、尿Cd MT之间密切相关 ;尿镉升高 1 96倍和 5 49倍时 ,尿NAG分别升高0 5 8和 0 6 6倍 ,而尿Cd MT升高 1 12倍和 2 2 4倍。提示尿Cd MT可作为慢性镉接触造成肾损害的一个敏感而特异的早期监测指标。
In order to investigate the relationship of urinary cadmium with other indices of renal effects,the samples of 90 cases living in a cadmium polluted area for more than 30 years were collected.Urinary cadmium、NAG、Cd MT and creatinine were determined.The result showed that urinary Cd MT corrrelated with urinary cadmium and NAG.Urinary Cd MT can be used as a sensitive and spectific indicator of renal damage at early stage urinary of nephro toxity.
