摘要
目的:观察黄竹清脑颗粒治疗中风病患者肢体运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将80例缺血性中风病痰热腑实证患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。治疗组采用西医常规用药加服黄竹清脑颗粒,对照组采用西医常规治疗,2组均治疗21天后观察疗效。结果:经统计学分析,2组在治疗肢体功能障碍方面均有疗效,且治疗组优于对照组。结论:黄竹清脑颗粒与西医常规治疗有协同作用,可明显提高疗效和改善中风病患者肢体运动功能。
Objective： To observe curative effects ofHuangZhu QingNao Particules （HZQNP） in treating limb dyskinesia in stroke patients. Method： 80 ischemic stroke patients of TanRe FuShi syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average. Treatment group were administered with routine treatment of western medicine and HZQNP, control group were given with routine treatment of western medicine, curative effects were observed after 21 days. Result： Statistical analysis showed that the treatments for both groups were effective and treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion： HZQNP combined with conventional western medicine treatment can produce synergistic effect, which can augment the activity and improve patients＇ dyskinesia.
