甘肃道地药材甘草商品质量研究

Quality of GanCao from Gansu

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定甘草不同商品等级中甘草苷、甘草酸铵的含量,并对各等级甘草药材质量做客观比较。方法:用高效液相色谱法,使用ZORBAX Edi pse XDB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈为流动相A,以0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相B进行梯度洗脱;检测波长为237nm。结果:甘肃产甘草不同商品等级中甘草苷、甘草酸铵含量有明显差异,其大草(A)、条草一(B)、二(C)、三(D)级中指标性成分含量均高于药典规定,毛草(E)质量较次,指标性成分含量未达到药典规定要求。结论:甘草商品等级与指标性成分含量呈正相关性,等级越好其质量越好,其中以甘肃道地产区金塔县药材质量较好。

Objective： To detect the contents of liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhetate in GanCao （Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fiseh） of different commercial grades by HPLC and make objective comparisons of GanCao of different commercial grades. Method： HPLC, ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18 column （250 min×4.6 mm, 5 um） chromatographic column; mobile phase： acetonitrile（A） 0.05% phosphoric acid solution（B） （Gradient ehtion）; The detection wavelength was 237 nm. Result： The comparisons of contents of liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhetate in GanCao of different commercial grades from Gansu showed obvious differences. The contents of index components in GanCao of A （apical diameters〉2.5 cm）, B （1.5 cm〈apical diameters〈2.5 cm）, C （1.0cm〈apieal diameters〈 1.5 cm）, D （0.5 cm〈apieal diameters〈 1.0 era） were higher than the standards set in codex, while the contents of index components in GanCao of E （apical diameters 〈0.5 cm） were lower than the standards set in codex. Conclusion： the commercial grades of GanCao were positively associated with index components, the higher the grade was, and the better the quality was. The herbs from Jinta County ofGansu Pronvince were the best.
