高职学生职业精神养成分析

Analysis of Getting into Occupation Spirit Quality on Higher Vocational College Students

学生职业精神素养已成为用人单位选人、用人的标准,高职院校不仅要重视学生职业技能的培养,也要重视学生职业精神的养成。文章列举了高职学生职业精神方面缺失的表现,分析了导致学生职业精神缺失的学校原因,提出了养成学生职业精神的学校对策和方法。

Students' occupation spirit quality has become the criteria of employment.Higher Vocational Colleges should not only pay more attention to occupation skill training,but also occupation spirit quality.This paper proposes the aspects in which the Higher Vocational College Students lack of occupation spirit.It analyzes the reasons that cause this problem in school and also puts forward the strategies and approaches on how to get into the occupation spirit quality at school.
