36例多系统萎缩临床特征及中医证候治疗分析

Clinical Characteristics of 36 Cases of Multiple System Atrophy and Treatment Based on Syndromes of TCM

目的:探讨多系统萎缩(MSA)的证候特征及中医治疗方法。方法:根据Gi hnan等提出的MSA诊断标准,对采集的36例住院病例症状及证型、中药处方等特点进行分析。结果:首发症状中以步态不稳、震颤、头晕、二便障碍、性功能障碍等为主;中医证型中以肝肾亏虚、脾肾阳虚、气血亏虚、中气亏虚、气虚血瘀为主;方剂以左归丸、右归丸、地黄饮子、八珍汤、补中益气汤、补阳还五汤为主方对证治疗。结论:治疗MSA应根据临床证型,辨证选方。

Objective： To explore the characteristics of syndromes of multiple system atrophy （MSA） and treatment of TCM. Method： The characteristics of syndromes and types of syndromes of 36 cases of hospitalized patients meeting the standards of MSA put forward by Gihnan as well as Chinese medicinal formula were collected and analyzed. Result： Primary symptoms mainly include instability of gait, tremor, dizziness, irregular bowel movement or urination, sexual dysfunction; the types of syndrome cover insufficiency of kidney and liver, Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, deficiency of Qi and blood, insufficiency of middle Qi, Qi deficiency and blood stasis; the prescriptions against the syndromes contain ZuoGuiWan, YouGuiWan, DiHuang YinZi, BaZhenTang, BuZhong YiQiTang, BuYang HuanWuTang. Conclusion： Formula should be administered according to syndrome differentiation in treating MSA.
