冬病夏治“华盖贴”治疗支气管哮喘72例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 72 Cases with Bronchial Asthma Treated with HuaGaiTie

目的:观察冬病夏治"华盖贴"治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为"华盖贴"组和西药组,每组36例。"华盖贴"组取穴后采用"华盖贴"贴敷治疗,对照组口服"全特宁"长效片剂。结果:按非急性发作期哮喘疗效评价标准评价,总有效率分别为91.67%和80.56%,2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);按中医证候疗效评价标准,总有效率91.67%和83.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);"华盖贴"组副作用较小,起效较快,复发率低。结论":华盖贴"疗效可靠、安全、方便,可作为临床治疗支气管哮喘的方法之一。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of HuaGaiTie in treating bronchial asthma. Method： 72 patients were randomized into HuaGaiTie group and western medicine group averagely. Result： Evaluated with evaluation criterion of curative effects of asthma at non-acute stage, Total effective rate of HuaGaiTie group was 91.67%, higher than 80.56% of western medicine group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. HuaGaiTie group had fewer side effects with quicker effects and low recurrence rate. Conclusion： HuaGaiTie, effective in treating bronchial asthma, could be taken as a safe and convenient method in clinics.
